It checks for vulnerabilities, monitors uptime, tracks broken links and helps identify problems before they affect your visitors. And unlike services that simply send you an alert, there’s a developer on the other end who investigates and takes action.

Our maintenance plans go beyond routine updates. When something urgent comes up, we respond as quickly as possible rather than waiting for the next scheduled maintenance session.

Core, theme and plugin updates. Applied on a regular schedule, then the site is checked so an update doesn’t silently break something.
Emergency security patching. When a serious vulnerability affects a plugin on your site, the fix goes in as soon as it’s available, not at the next scheduled update.
Hosting and independent off-site backups. We combine your host’s backup system with our own off-site backups to make sure you have extra protection. We even check the integrity of your site’s backups.
24/7 uptime monitoring. If your site goes down, I receive an alert and investigate. We aim to begin working on emergencies within 24 hours. If it’s a hosting issue, we’ll contact your hosting provider to help identify and resolve the problem.
Broken link checks. Dead links hurt visitors and search rankings. They’re found and listed each month.
Website speed optimization. We monitor your website’s performance and look for opportunities to improve loading times. This includes identifying performance bottlenecks, optimizing website components, and addressing issues that can slow your site down. A faster website provides a better visitor experience and can help improve search engine performance.
Email delivery alerts. If your site’s forms or order emails stop sending, we’re notified early instead of you finding out weeks later.
Weekly hands-on check-ins. We log into every client site we maintain at least once a week.
Included editing time. Each plan includes time for small content changes: updating text, swapping images, adding a page.
A clear monthly report. Plain-language summary of what was updated, what was found and what was fixed.

Every website is different, so we price each site individually. Factors include the type of website, its size and complexity, and the number of products for e-commerce sites.

Maintenance plans are offered on a one-year contract, renewable by mutual agreement.

Plans start at $115/month for a basic five-page business website with a single contact form.
